There is some question about this bc no one can truly know for sure. But Denmark is noted as most racist country in Europe. Some have alsow noted Liberia as the most racist country in Africa and the United States as most racist in the world. Any answer you get will vary based on the person answering,. where they're from, where they live, and what race they are.

Well, if you talk about a country where there is hatered derived from and based, purely, upon race as the official policy then there is none, at the moment. South Africa, prior to the end of apartheids era, was the last known most racist country in the world.

Nowadays, we have people in almost all countries reacting against certain other people on the base of race. These are to be found almost everywhere. Equally there are some governments, such as Australian current governemnt, which, despite calling itself a member of the UN and respectting and adhering to its principles and treaties, has been reacting differently to assylum seekers of Asian ethinicity! Its because of this that it is considered, currently, by many people as racist country, but that is reference to the administration's policy and not its people.

On the other hand, if we talk about discrimination which is endorsed or condonned/tolerated by the state then India is the most "racist" country, where people are discriminated against because of their social group or background or even origin and faith. Most of our Indian frinends will try to defend this, but the truth is that the practice is there and nothing or very little is being done to end it.

Yes, the U.S.A. a big problem with that very thing caused mainly by black racist right now. How you ask! Because for the past 40 years we have been dumbing down our white students educations by reducing the amount of material that's taught in our schools and lessening the requirements for most all professions in our colleges. This is so that the underachievers can make a hopeless attempt at catching up. This has been going on for 40 years and has failed miserably mainly because they (fed. gov.) has been confusing an education with intelligence. You must understand that you can give an education to anyone but you can't give anyone intelligence. Example; a monkey can be taught to do many things with the right training but his intelligence is limited and falls short of that of humans. In addition to this problem, students who are willing and ABLE to learn are held back even more caused mainly by the less intelligence underachievers whose "chilrens" are disrespectful, unruly, and uncivilized. Their animal like behavior disturbs teachers and students alike and allows even less material to be taught/learned. The U.S.A. has made many advancements and contributions to the world over the past 40 years in many different ways. We are more powerful, more knowledgeable, have made more breakthroughs, and have more technology than any anyone else. We are the worlds superpower and set a pace the no one can follow. When I say "We", I'm talking about one particular group of people, you know who we are. To be fair the underachievers did give us peanut butter and the egg beater. You know who they are too. As far as we've come just think of how much farther we could have gone if we went made to slow down so underachievers could try and catch up. I could go on to mention another similar program that our government has came up with that slows us down so the underachievers can catch up. It's called affirmative action but I don't want to get started on that at the moment.
