This has certainly become a hot topic this morning. Let's just say I've seen way better called games. Someone in here is asking for proof of the bad calls. I say to him, if you taped the game watch it over again. You'll see plenty of missed calls. A Bush TD that never took place. A motion plenty late in the game charged to the Eagles that never happened. Late hits, holding, all the things that should create penalties but never got called. The Eagles played it straight but it seemed predetermined who was going to win this game. I'm a baseball guy not so much a football person but I saw what I saw and to me things just didn't seem right.

I agree with you. It was almost like they needed the feel good story of the Saints to keep going. I will watch the Bears Seahawks game with a lot of questions. Think about it, if Seattle wins the Saints get homefield advantage.

Well, if the officating in the NFL gets any worse, then I think the future football commissioner, Vince McMahon, will have to re-classify football from a sport to sports entertainement. You'd have to stop gambling if the outcomes are pre-determined.

What is this based on? The Eagles had 6 penalties called on them. Not 60. Show me evidence of a blown call and I might even begin to consider this bullcrap, but from where I was sitting I saw the Eagles get outplayed in every part of the game.

I agree, only because it was the Saints, it wouldn't have been right to beat the Saints in the playoffs

No the referees did nothing put of the ordinary. The game was called fair. Not many penalties called. Just the ones that always get called. Garcia made a good run though.

And how much do you know about football? Give me a break, you and all your buddies with "conspiracy" theories. They lost because they suck and deserved to. Get over it.
