This really is a two-part question to answer:
There are planets with some what of an atmosphere while whether or not that it holds life is a separate question.
Several could possibly hold simple forms of Life as we might know it. The question could also be: is there life that currently we do not recognize "as life " on these few planets.

All planets in our solar system have an atmosphere, although Mercury's is very thin. No planet besides Earth has life, but there is a small chance for it under the ice on Europa, a moon of Jupiter.

You are talking about atmosphere? Well, you should look at Jupiter! It's a gas planet which means it's almost entirely made of gas (except for it's core). Well, that's a huge atmosphere!

But i'm not sure if any planets of this solar system has life excpet earth (DUH).

Hope that helped.
