My epson photo printer is printing fine blue lines over my pictures and text.I used the utility to no effect.?need help before i go mad.and does anyone else have this trouble.

Could you be low on ink?

Is there a print speed control. For example when I que a print job the print window comes up and their is a "properties" button. If I click on that button I can any of 3 settings. Choose "speed" for the quickest print and choose "quality" for the best detailed print.
Maybe you have the same option on your printer.
