Can you take an ax and chop on a tree stump with some jazzy music playing that you can chop to? That always helps me if I am mad at someone or something.

Lie down on your bed and listen to your favourite song or sunngle of the couch with popcorn (or ice-cream) with nice hot drink,while watching TV .Maybe try to scream into your pillow (it helps!) and then chat to your best friend and maybe ask him/her to come over for a movie and eat all
the junk food you want.

your allowed to have an off day. go with it if it feels like you need one. hey, we can't be all sparkles and shine all the time. let it run it's course and deal with the unhappy mood. it will pass and then you'll be all sparkles and shine.
