(You'll need to read that to understand my situation)
Well yesterday, I got the courage to ask her if she was avoiding me ever since she figured me out, and then she got mad! She said that I was avoiding her, and it was true! Come to think of it, I was scared of her because she knew about me! Do I owe her an apology? How do I be more open?

Now that she knows itll be off your chest, it is hard to tell someone for the first time. Go to her and tell her that you are sorry for trying to avoid her. dont be scared of her, talk to her about your feelings about it all and work it out slowly. then oneday youll be able to tell your other friends/family that youre gay.

Yes, you do owe her an apology. Just tell her that your own insecurities kicked in and you're sorry that you hurt her.

And as suggested, give her a hug.

You could try talking to her to begin with and explain why you did the way you did.
It will be OK again, once the air is cleared.
