The book is called Rebeccas tale. I don't want to spoil the memory of the original master piece.

It's not a bad book, but it isn't as good as the original, depends whether you will be able to seperate the two and just enjoy it as a piece of fiction.

It ios a good book.
But like "The Wide Saragoso Sea", you have to remember that it was not written by the original author, so will differ. I read it shortly after reading Rebecca, and thought it was a worthy sequel. But there is only one way for you to make up your mind.

It's ok. As sequels written by other authors years after the original go, it's not bad at all. Worth a read, and it hasn't spoiled the original for me. Just don't read any of Emma Tennant's sequels to Jane Austen.

There is also a sequel by Susan Hill called 'Mrs. De Winter'.
