Is it possible for scientists/doctors to somehow figure out which penises are more sensitive? For example, can they ...count..? the nerve endings or something like that ?

No, not really. One might be able to measure "sensation" by measuring the number of nerves in the penis, and according to this, one would find an uncircumcised penis to be far more sensitive than a circumcised penis due to the thousands of nerve endings in the foreskin that are cut away. But sensitivity is relative from person to person, so that can't really be quantitatively measured. So true sensitivity in the penis, probably not.

Well, obviously, it's possible, but whether or not it's done is another question.

If you can test someone's sight or hearing, why not penis sensitivity?

Just attach some electrodes to a penis and give small currents of electricity. Ask the person to say when he feels it.

If the guy doesn't feel anything then his penis sensitiviy is low.

Don't try this at home.

Oh...it's just a question....

ok, I believe they can. But definitely not by counting nerves and all, even if there are some instruments that can see through and see the density of the capilars in the specific area. The best thing you can do is visit an andrologist, that is the specialist in you know what.
