Tea tree oil is another good antiseptic that you can use on it. Watch for signs of infection including an increase in redness, swelling, pus from the wound and a temp. See your doc if it becomes infected.
You can try soaking your foot in warm water with some Epsom salts. You can do this a few times a day.
Make sure to wear shoes if you go outside to protect you foot and the bite.
If you use a gauze pad inbetween your toes instead of a bandaide and keep socks on it may be less itchy from the friction of the band aide.
Hope these suggestions help.

BABY KITTY Do you know what kind of spider bit you? Some are very dangerous and painful.i think i would have poured alcohol over it first to disinfect .then anti-itch cream.Next I would watch carefully for a while and see if it swells or if it stops itching.Go to E.R. if you have pain. When my son was around five years old he was bitten by a Brown Recluse spider and he was in terrible agony.I took him to E.R.for anibiotic salve and a shot .He got better soon thankfully.I was in agony, too.GOOD LUCK.
