I don't have "Monday blues." If you do, find something that you really like to do and schedule it for Mondays. Then, Monday will be a day you look forward to instead of a day you dread. I hope this works for you!

I cant answer this question for all since i'm not all of the populous but I did have the so called monday blues and how did i overcome it I took monday off

Don't work Mondays...I find that a Wednesday workday is much better than a Monday so I take Monday and Tuesday off.

I get to volunteer a little time with the Salvation Army that way too!

Can certainly overcome by developing an interest and love in what you do during that week .
