Oh yes there's a GREAT one called "villa andrawis" .It's near Mohamed Aly Club, along the nile. I've been to a wedding there and it was amazing. The problem is that you have to get everything yourself! Lights, tables, chairs, everything! They only provide the garden, nile and electricity!
I've also heard of that wedding that has been celebrated there, where the bride came from a boat in the nile!!
Ask about this place, it's really amazing!
I got you the address and number:
`The Nile Garden` (Andrawis)

Cairo is one of the world's good megacities. As wonderful as it is crazy, and as abundant with historic finery because it is half dilapidated, Cairo is often a town that travellers enjoy and hate in equivalent measures so discover in which group you is going to be with the aid of this place hotelbye . In Cairo you will see, beyond the present day hubbub, a history that spans centuries. Filled with vigour, Cairo is where you really get a feel for Egyptian street living and no trip to Egypt is total without a stay static in the city Arabs call Umm al-Dunya (The Mother of the World). The definitely astonishing number of antiquities exhibited in Cairo's Egyptian Museum makes it one of many world's good museums and absolutely a place for everybody's to visit.

there is this huge garden, Azhar Park. That place is incredible.
It has good views of the Castle of Saladin (Salah El Din). Part of its outer wall is actually a long lost part of th e Castle's outer perimeter of defense. to some extent it is like the green heart of Cairo. Beautiful green hilly area. There is a restraunt there, with Arabic style decorations. I dunno if that will be suitable for a wedding, or if you could even have weddings there, but check it out, its just amazing. On their official website, under restruants it says ' Perfect venues for private functions, you can create your own history.' I think thats what you r looking for.
incidentally, congratulations. I hope your marriage will be full of joy and prosperity. Goodluck
