DHTML, is only aprogramming language, so you must have something running that is using HTML/DHTML.

You really need to go through ALL the programs that are executed at startup, you can use programs to do this but I STRONGLY suggest you seek professional help.

If you want to have a go then get yourself XP TOOLS
Make sure you create a restore point before messing :)

This is a web developers tool, did you install it? If so you should be able to easily remove it. If not then its a modified file that is malware.
Check to see if its in your list of installed programs by installing Ccleaner. Use the Tools button and if its on the list use the Uninstall button to get ris, then the Issues button to clean up[ any registry entries.

You could also use Winpatrol to stop it loading on startup;

If its a modified file thats acting as malware then try running Spybot Search and Destroy and Ewodi anti spyware, if they notice its acting as spyware they'll offer to quarantine and remove it.
http://www.ewido.net - AVG(Ewido) anti trojan.
http://www.lavasoft.com - Ad-Aware SE Personal anti adware
http://www.safer-networking.org - Spybot Search and Destroy anti spyware. Use the Teatimer settings to protect Internet Explorer, and the Immuniser to stop malware getting on your pc.
