Down Ampney is a track on the Album "The Complete Guitarist" by Davy Graham. Is this what you mean?

"Down Ampney" is a village, but it is also the name of a hymn-tune by that name, used to the words of the hymn "Come down O love divine."

The tune was written by the famous English composer, Ralph Vaughan-Williams.

If it isn't that, it's probably the other one mentioned by another contributor.
