You should send your resume and nothing more, if the add doesn't specify the fact that you should accompany your CV by a cover letter or a portofolio or something like that.

Your certificates (I assume you mean degrees in anything) are mentioned in your cv in the right section (education or experience) and should only be displayed if asked.

Certificates are not a part of CV. Is Tht O. k.

C.V means curriculum vitae (latin) its just another name for a resume but personally i would also send copies of both
