Advice please on how to clean Villeroy & Boch sanitary wear.?

The manufacturer seems to ban almost everything except D-CARE from Dornbracht which I can't find anywhere!

Having seen one of V&B's warehouses along the A4 in Brentford and the way the product was handled I'm surprised they have the temerity to dis-allow anything. Really, if it's half the product it's made out to be then Viakal or Harpic shouldn't kill it.
