All of the above. Being intelligent, is the capacity or compilation of skills to spell, read, comprehend what you read; develop a good retentive memory; achieve and sustain speed in processing all the raw facts and data. The ability to organize all the perceptions in the memory bank and draw and form conclusions and convert this knowledge into a conscious deliberate , wholesome action.
Intelligence is a property of mind that encompasses many related mental abilities, such as the capacities to reason, plan, solve problems, think abstractly, comprehend ideas and language, and learn. In common parlance, the term smart, metaphorically used is frequently the synonym of situational and behavioral (i.e. observed and context dependent) intelligence.
Although many regard the concept of intelligence as having a much broader scope, for example in cognitive science and computer science, in some schools of psychology, the study of intelligence generally regards this trait as distinct from creativity, personality, character, or wisdom.
Intelligence is a general mental capability that, among other things, involves the ability to reason, plan, solve problems, think abstractly, comprehend complex ideas, learn quickly and learn from experience. It is not merely book learning, a narrow academic skill, or test-taking smarts. Rather, it reflects a broader and deeper capability for comprehending our surroundings—"catching on", "making sense" of things, or "figuring out" what to do.

Assuming "verbal comprehension" also includes the ability to speak well and in complete sentences then my choice as the best indicator of intelligence is the ability to speak and use words properly. If you're smart enough to do that then maybe the rest is also in place as well. And judging by the way questions are posed, spelled, and answered here in Answers I have come to the conclusion that intelligence is disappearing.

I would have to go with Perceptual Organization as to be able to do it you would need the other factors involved. By processing the rest into organization , you then show the intelligence
P.S. check the spelling of organization.

Perceptual organization and processing speed, simply because the others (reading, spelling and verbal comprehension) are included therein.
