Anakin's Jedi starfighter, which he uses in the Battle of Coruscant at the beginning of Episode III to board the CIS flagship was colored yellow and gray. You can see a picture of it here:

The markings on the fighter: a red circle, cut in half with yellow fill (which designates his fleet affiliations) and a black and white Republic insignia.

4 Jedi were dispatched to arrest Palpatine in his office - Agen Kolar, Saesee Tiin, Kit Fisto and Mace Windu. All 4 perished in the arrest attempt.

In The Battle above Coruscant, his jedi starfighter was yellow and grey. Before he killed Mace Windu, it was a semi-circle starfighter that was red and white. When he went to Padme's apartment and Mustafar, he had a regular jedi starfighter that was green and white.

Four jedi were sent to arrest Palpatine: Agen Kolar, Saesee Tiin, Kit Fisto, and Mace Windu.

There were 4 jedi, and the red/gray-yellow circle markings on ankins ship are the insigna of the clones under comand of Kenobi and Anakin, it is also on kenobi's fighter and on the clone ships in the battle.
The other symble is the white circle with a small black circle in it, there are 8 black colums evenly spaced sticing out of it as well as a small black mark on the edgen imbetween each colum, this is one of the symbols for the old republic, it is the smae as the imperial symbol except the imperial only has 6 columns not 8.
