There are some shops that specialise in celebrity memorabilia.
I'm only taking a guess here, but if you're in New York City where Law & Order: Criminal Intent is filmed, they may have something. Or you could try the L&O:CI and Vincent D'Onofrio websites.
I must say that Vincent is a great actor; bonus he is wolf-whistle.

I don't know, maybe from a collectibles store. Good luck finding items. He's yummy, isn't he. I watched "Impostor" on dvd tonight. Mmmm :)

Auctions or ads in newspapers. I've seen more than one piece for sale in big city newspaper ads.
