A worse problem for you - you're now blind. If you are absolutely invisible, that has to mean you are completely translucent, but you can still be seen, because any object with mass that is translucent bends light as it passes thru. Think "Predator". However, the photoreceptors in your eyes that enable you to see are completely dependent on their ability to absorb the "impact" of light rays on their surface. In your case they pass on through the translucent receptors, which then do not send any visual data to your brain to be translated into image - you are blind. Even if you are "bending" light around your body so as to always show what is behind you, there is still no light entering your eyes so you are still blind. The only way for an "invisible" person to be able to see is by the use of thermodynamics, i.e. heat-sensing equipment. So, watch out for the stairs.
