did anyone have Windows 2000 installation disc, I need two files named: iis.dl_ and iis.in_ located in a folder named i386 in the disc for my Windows XP Home Edition

i can pull em off the disc if you need it.

I have all the windows platforms so just specify which one...you mentioned 2000 & xp home

like the guy stated, there are thousands of procedures to do it. I persist with one. acquire an ubuntu 7.10 iso. Burn it to a CD. placed it interior of thechronic, restart the computer. If it asks to push any key do this. commence ubuntu. visit the partition manager. you may do something the following, format, create new walls, delete walls. and that i'm declaring in simple terms use ubuntu for the stay selection and partition manager. do not deploy UBUNTU YOUR SMILE WILL turn the incorrect way up in simple terms deploy living house windows.

Upgrade to XP pro and that will take care of it.....or go to the Windows website, you may be able to download those drivers.
