I'm a guy and was just curious.
A little concerned that nearly everyone mentioned "clean undies".
Why would this even need to be said? I'm scared...very scared.

Well clean underwear is a start but nothing too cute as they use lubricating cream to examine you and this can make a mess of your underwear after. Equally its a very intrusive procedure so maybe go for the plain whiteys as you dont want your personal parts to be looked at as anything other than a part of your body that requires an exam like a dental appointment.

Nice, clean confy underwear....some sweatpants....or what sould I go on tight pants and high heels? if so...we are not talking abot a "real" gynecologist ...hmmm...God Bless!

A skirt, top, bra, and panties. Leave your tights or pantyhose at home and it'll make it easier for you.

Whatever is comfortable and not to hard to remove and put back on(if you have to have a check up).

Whatever you want. They make you take it off anyway. They'll give you a smock. No worries.
