I do it every day but I heard that that's not good. Is it true?

i wouldnt do it everyday because cotton sticks can just push the earwax back into your ear causing ear problems and deffness. . . mayb do it once a month or buy a spray ear cleaner

hi there, apparently you shouldn't use cotton buds because it could congest the ear wax further in the ear canal or you could damage the ear drum. There are products available in the chemist that use a flush type of action. Never tried one myself though! I still use cotton buds regardless. Other wise there is going to the docs and getting your ears syringed.....

I clean my ears once a week!! well it depends my husband needs a cleaning everyday its always dirty!
