It's random what you get-he's asleep at 6-7 AM NST (i think), 2-3 PM NST (i know) and 10-11 PM NST (i know)

there is no best time to get a negg its just random and if you happen to be lucky and get one then grab it as soon as possible any tiem within an hour should be giving out neggs
