The Aceh Reintegration Board needs financial support in order to be more autonomous in terms of bureaucracy and finance.
If I am understanding it correctly, it is redundant - if financial support will make them more autonomous, then they will be freed from supporting the narrow interests of the group that is funding them now. Also, it might not be a nice thing to print - the group giving them money now might take offense.

The Board needs like-minded individuals on their team. In order to shed the nearsighted practices of current policy, we need more control of financial decisions,and less invasive buraucratic involvement. Only then will we achieve our goal of autonomy, increasing profits for all our supporters.
