Check with Home Depot or Lowes, other major suppliers for the prices. Check with your building codes section as to what type of fence you'll need, and the insurer you have. They all have a say in this one.

Contact home depot. Get a real fence. You can not put a price on child safety. Not the answerer you wanted but you can not replace a life.
