I've ran for virus' & spyware & I'm clean but every once in awhile my pointer will just start going all ove the page I'm at & I have no control over it. HELP!! PLEASE!!!!!

I had the same problems for a long time. The cursor would take off and go to the top or left or right of the screen all the time. Go to your Mouse Properties in your control panel and adjust the scroll and speed there. Also when my batteries are going dead, (I have a wireless mouse and keyboard) that caused it also.

"Kitty" is right. Dying batteries in a wireless mouse will cause the cursor to wander. A wired optical mouse will sometimes do that same thing, but other than adjusting the speed and scroll in the Mouse Properties, I don't know what could cause it, other than it simply being a new technology.

you say your clean, but maybe not, sounds like theirs a little backdoor trjn in there somewhere...do an antivirus scan in safemode
