a couple weeks ago i read an article in a magazine (one of the teen ones, like cosmogirl or seventeen or something) about this exercise ball thing that i think beyonce is supposed to use to get her abs. it looks like half of an exercise ball, with a grippy board attached to it, so you can do ball workouts and balance workouts if you flip it over. the problem is, im not exactly sure what magazine i saw it in or WHAT it's called!!! ive searched archives and forums on a lot of magazine sites but cant find ANYTHING!!! so if anyone read this article and knows what im talking about and can help me out id really appreciate it. thanks!

It's called a BOSU ball, and a lot of fitness centers offer classes with them. Here's a link to order one, and it describes some exercises, too. Enjoy!
