based on the description of her, ,because i dont think ive actually seen her,,
i would guess shes on a daily regime of various anti-depressants/ anti anxiety which im sure require a couple halcyon to sleep that she still gets from that doc in miami, a few xanex on the way to his office the miami traffic is awful. her "pain", a cocktail of lortab, oxycotin and sangria. wine gives her a headache though, but a few fiorinal alleviates that.

That is not normal, your girlfriend needs to go to the doctor right away. Obviously something is seriously wrong with her body. On the other hand some women because of previous abuse will subcousnsiouly have such a strong reaction that they cannot or it will be painful, but there will be no underlying medical cause.
