They have more protein then beef,you must overcome.we will all be eating them soon with all these wars were starting .global warming, famine, etc. take some. and roast the in the oven for 12 minutes with some BBC sauce,or just be friends with one,.take it to bed with you.care for it love it, there an OK critter after they get to know you.I am sure you like all of Gods wonderful creatures>these simple critters will be around long after we humans kill our self's off. have a little respect for a creature that is really smarter then Us. there species will survive, we humans wont ,so who's smarter>?just catch one put it in a jar and feed it you will get very close one day. there very sweet critters yes they are,no they don't spread diseases. You people that wont to kill, dont understand them like I do..eat them make pets. but dont just kill them have more respect for God sake ,what would god have to say about you killing some of his creatures unless you ate them which is OK.

I believe people react to how ugly a cockroach is.
I lived in Florida for one long summer...and the cockroaches and palmetto bugs were so creepy (lol) to see scurrying around, especially at night.
I tried to make sure I put bread crumbs and the like outside on the deck to train the bugs to go there. It didn't work, but I gained a lot of compassion for the poor ugly bugs and that's what ultimately helped me get over being afraid of them. I mean, I am smarter than a cockroach. I think?

I live in Queensland Australia - I fear..... those Queenslanders can fly and go straight to the body...and tend to get bigger every year!
Set a few cockroach bombs - just cover everything with sheets first.

contrary to popular belief cockroaches are the cleanest insects on earth, most people fear them because they are afraid of light. But after 300 million years they have evolved themselves well. dont fear them, but they can be a nuicence.

I'm not afraid of cockroaches. They are gross little beasties though which carry diseases. It's up to the person who will fear them. I kill them with sprays or a fly swatter. They can't eat you or attack you as in the movies.

The cockroach is a bug, and is easily killed by stomping on it. So, get over your fear, put on a boot and stomp away!!!

I fear them because they are small scary looking and fast. The solution would be to call a exterminator to kill them all. Were there is one there are thousands, and I don't like to know that.

It is because it is said they carry disease. I have known people who had cockroaches in their home and I think it's gross when they get in your food, bed, and you have to check the toilet before you sit down. YECH!!

OMG I HATE ROACHES.
I saw this thing on ANTM where the models had to walk with roaches used as pets and decorated with gems and what not. I guess... keep one as a pet? Not that I ever would. I live in Texas and they are so HUGE. I hate tree roaches!

fear is in the eye of beholder man........... there are certain things like insetophobias etc. so this is one partiular type of it . well i am not afraid of it but fear to hold them
If we beome totally fearless then ......... we wont be afraid of anything and what cockroach yaar we wont be afraid of anything and then we can live to our full,do everything we like , be everything we want.
