is that has something to do with the licence rights?
I tried abc.com to watch ugly betty and nbc.com to watch heroes and it says that it is only available for viewers within the US? but why?

Because they sell the rights to other countries for TV companies to show them. They don't want to be accused of making it available too eraly and the TV channel in our country being robbed of its big premiere

Its a money thing the cable guys there must pay to watch outside the US i think its so costy!!

coz it's only avaliable in the us and soon it wiill premire in Australia.
