I am having back pain is this normal 3 weeks prregnant?

i have never felt pain like this i can barely move

i think so. because the first trimester of pregnancy is the time your body adjusts to a foreign object (baby) in your body. you should better on your second trimester.

I doubt it's from being pregnant only 3 weeks,I've heard you feel exhausted all the time tho

hmm 3 weeks pregnant, very unlikley as theer is no weight on you yet, i would go see your chiropractor.
