A series of images, ideas, and emotions occurring in the mind during the 5th stage of sleep known as the REM stage. It could contain latent content: The true meaning of our dreams, and manifest content: The form our dreams take (whatever symbols our unconscious mind chooses)

Dreams not necessarily represent the reality of our feelings.

Dreams are just plays put on by our reticular activating system as the body and brain rest(sleep).Dreams may minutely represent our reality for they to derive from our thoughts and memories. I would not base reality to strongly on dreams at all. They are very for from being real or absolute.

Dreams are thought to be a form of symbolism. It's your mind, telling you things, `cause it can't speak on it's own. Few wanna look at that. If you crave a certain food. It's your Body, telling you that you need something, in that Food. If you have a Dreams of something.(especially one you remember) It's your Mind, telling you to look at this part of your life. Check it out.
