Please is there a way to tune the strings by hearing a special sound on each string?

first you must search and download a free software named GUITAR TUNER, then from up to down, the name of strings is E-A-D-G-B-E and you can tune it

Use Google and type in "tuning a Guitar and it will take you to a site that you can listen to on the computer and tune it there.

standard tuning- EADGBE
lowest in pitch to highest.
