I love both shows. Although they are both cartoons, they are so different. They both however attack things that need to be attacked like religion, politics, etc.

Simpsons. The reason? While South Park mainly attempts to shock and upset for humor, the Simpsons is built on a strange but surreal view of the world we live in. One might argue that South Park does the same but it seems the Simpsons have more taste as well as more colorful characters then South Park. One has to look a bit deeper into Simpsons humor to realize what is being said.

The simpsons used to be my fave but as time went on and i seen rerun after rerun now i would say south park.as classic as the simpsons is i just think south park is better.what i love about it is the way it always has a moral at the end.the show could be completely obsecure up to that point but then everything will of been to show a moral.for instance in one episode the school was voting for either a giant douche or a turd sandwich mascott.it was completely weird but in the end one of the guys says to stan(who up til then had refused to vote) "dont you realise,every vote is between a giant douche and turd sandwich".haha.classic.funny and true.still much respect tp the simpsons.it has given us some funny quotes.if you go to work or a shop and pay attention you will realise how much people quote the simpsons.ha.its crazy.but i must say my vote goes to south park

I love both of these shows, LOL! South Park teaches lessons and The Simpsons are just plain funny! I just love them both but South Park always offers some kind of truth.

The Simpsons-- it's been around longer. Not to mention that it's funnier than South Park.

I say Simpson's because I've been watching it for years and its still pretty funny. South park is played out..didn't it cancel!! lol!

I love both but The Simpsons win the vote! Its fabulous - the characters are amazing and its funny funny funny!!! Yiy!!

both.. very close call.. but gonna have to go with simpsons.. they have been around longer and can stilll kick out good episodes

Southpark is soooo worng, but its absolutely hilarious. It is so wrong. The simpsons wins, but southpark is very, very funny.
