PSP Video 9 video is corrupt?

Question

I transcoded an AVI file to PSP mp4 (AVC) via PSP video 9. It worked in quicktime on my computer but when I transfered it over it came out as corrupt. It is a M4Q file so I put it in the right folder on the PSP, I also used transfering programs to copy it with the .THM file. Anyone know if they can help me?
