Well i do them everyday and my hubby always tells me that i feel like a virgin and i have 3kids. So yes they do help.

Kegels definitely help make your vagina tighter. When doing kegels you are strengthening the muscles of your pelvic floor. These muscles assist in contracting your vagina. A tighter vagina will provide more pleasure for you and your partner.

yes a woman with strong kegels can grip a guys penis just like it was a hand. truely awesome. the key is to clench the muscles during sex though, otherwise it's just the same.

Uhmm...my girlfriend actually tried them.
If it did, it was minimal. It was not a really big difference. And maybe were suffered a placebo effect...in which we simply rationalized that they did and that's why we "felt" that it did...even if it didn't.
My advice: try it. What harm could it do? And if it works, good.

Yes they do...my husbands says since I've started doing those after having my babies that my tooter is tighter than before . So yes in my personal experience i can tell you they do help.....If you do them CORRECTLY....
