I think that the old Mumble's face lookes A LOT like Elijah Woods. Anyone else think so?

i loved the movie it was so cute, the best part was the Mexican penguins and yeah now that you think about it he did look like Elijah wood :)

Loved it, though I could do without Brittany Murphy murdering Queen.
Also, the animators do intentionally make the faces match the voices, both for the recognition factor and because it makes things easier when animating. For CGs like those, they actually sync each movement to the actor's face.

My son and I loved it. He's into penguins and music, so it was perfect. I read a review that said something like, it's a "March of the Penguins" plus a love story plus an environmental/societal message all rolled into one, set to music in a halftime-show style. It's pretty accurate. So if musical grandeur and pretty screen stuff, cute animals, Robin Williams being himself (or his voice, anyway), and accept-everyone/take care of the environment messages are your cup of tea (they are ours, for better or worse), you'll be in heaven. If not, it could be a long show.

i liked it, and i thought it was cute. i dont know elijah's face well enough to say if it was similar or not, but i would bet it is...they do that i notice in animated movies sometimes.

I like the movie, it's very funny. Most of my friends love it. Even my brother who's not into cartoons love it.

i went to watch it ...
and found it an average movie.
