iam 18 old m,i want to know which which are high caloried food items.iam very thin and wish to become fat rapidly.is there any ways to become fat rapidly[may be within one week} without side effects? i think someone can really help me.

but taking high calorie food will cause you to have high cholesterol and other health problems! its better to be thin and healthy than fat and unhealthy!
to increase your muscle mass you can have lots of fruits and veggies and lots of protein like egg whites,chicken,soyamilk,tofu,yogurt etc.
and you can do pushups and chin ups too!

foods that are high in fats are caloric dense. this would mainly be healthy fats and lean red meats next would be whole grains, since they are high in carbs. last would be fruits and vegetables

at the minimum you should get at least 20% of your daily cals from healthy fats. a 40/40/20 is what you want to shoot for. that's 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fats...

The type of food that would cause you to gain weight rapidly are not healthy. Why do you want to gain weight? There will always be effects to anything you do to change yourself. For every action theres a reaction.

2.Carbohydrate like sugars yield about 7 calories/ gram.

These are the top two highest calories food groups.

Take your pick and combination.
