I think it's Ur the oldest civilization, it's rumored that Abraham was born there.
- Ur was an ancient city in southern Mesopotamia, located near the original mouth of the Euphrates and Tigris rivers on the Persian Gulf and close to Eridu. It is considered to be the earliest known civilization in world history.
----------------------------------------------------------------
- Susa is one of the oldest-known settlements of the region, probably founded about 4000 BCE; though the first traces of an inhabited village date back to 7000 BCE.
I hope it helps

That is total rubbish. The Persian civilization, of which Susa was the main capital, was preceded by Sumer, Akkad, Babylon, and Assyria in that region, as well as by Mycenae in Greece, Mohendo-jaro and Harappa in India, Pharonic Egypt and Phoenicia, China, and Etruria in Italy. The Persians were Johnny-come-lately - who built a civilization by conquering and absorbing others.
