why i can't play animation on my msn messenger?!!?

it just tells me to install the flash player, i've downloaded it thousand times but still not workin'....

whendownloading the flash player you must remove any previous copy of it from add/remove programs and reboot your pc before attempting to download a fresh copy

Your firewall may be stopping the program from working. Check it's configuration that the flash player is on the allowed list.
