You should put an ad in your local paper. You will be surprised at how many musicians are looking for a band to play with. There are a lot of people who would probably like to sing with you as well. That's the best advice I can give. I hope it all works out for you.

I live in Hawaii and i'm looking for a harder rock band and i play bass.
