Both!
George already has had charges filed before the World Court for Crimes Against Humanity! I expect more will be filed. Maybe that is why he bought 100,000 acres in South America which is guarded by the US military!

Bush is Guilty, Bush Is Stupid It Is evidence, it should be used in a court of Law. And those guilty of Crimes against Humanity should Go to Prison or face a Firing Squad. Maybe if that was to happen, Those who would procure their Evils upon the rest of the world would think twice before committing acts of Bushit! (And I agree, Wild and Woolly was a better avatar)

Yanks live under the delusion that their country can do no wrong, that yanks are incapable of committing war crimes; if that's the case, why did Rumsfelch try to enact a policy to threaten violence against any country that held a criminal case for US war criminals?
The only way that Chicken George will ever face the axeman's handle is if the US military pulls an Abwehr move and finds an Erwin Rommel to lead them. And judging by Curious George's purging of his own generals who wouldn't blindly obey, I'd put money on it happenning.

Other than a Lynette Squeaky Fromme type shooting his butt, nothing is going to happen here on Earth. I'm not qualified to speak about after death, however he is already paying the price in a way. How would you like to be the person in charge of a country knowing most of your citizens do not agree with your actions? I wonder how many nights the First Lady rocks old George to sleep telling him everything is going to be OK?

The odds of him coming to justice on earth are next to nil since to do so would destroy the whole American political landscape. (probably why impeachment is out. If Dems impeach him, the chance he'll go on trial in the world court would skyrocket and neither political party would want that at this point. Too much threat to them and thier pet projects)
I hope that when he passes, he ends up in the same place the martyrs are for using religion as a reason to kill other human beings, and that it is not a very nice place to be at all.

Bush has not committed any crimes on humanity. if you are talking about the war then he committed no crimes. it is not really a war anymore because now we are just trying to get the country into peace and stop the suicide bombers and insurgants from killing innocent people. The people that are soldiers chose to go to the war, well most of them.

Could you cite the laws that President Bush allegedly broke?
Or are you just parroting what your parents said at dinner?

Are you kidding me? This has got to be a joke. "Bush is so bad, kind of like my spelling" "Bush is in league with the devil" These types of questions get old, but no one is going to stop kicking the dead horse, are they?
What crimes? Read the old testament. I wish we would fight wars like the old days. Will you be brought to Justice for your terrorist condoning question? You are absolutely right about God's wrath, but who are you to say that George Bush is in need of getting it?
