She told me she wanted a divorce, then I had to move out. I have met another and she intrigues me, very much so in fact. The divorce isn't final yet, but will be shortly. Those are the details.

That's easy. If she has said its over, then from that moment on is your time to rebound and move on. If you find an attraction that might be serious, 2 seconds after she kicks you, then its time to realise its over and go for it. Good luck on your new life and try to be the man you couldn't while being married.

You need to let tour other woman know your still legally married. Hopefully she is turned off by that, cause that means she has morals. You also need to tell her nothing can happen until the divorce is final. You only have a little while till its final why not play it safe and do the right thing. You'll have the rest of your life to do whatever you want afterward.

How polite you are to even ask! My husband hasn't even asked for a divorce but had relationships while he was/is married. I asked HIM to move out and he did! He has a new girlfriend (not the ones he's been playing up with, however!) and it's only been 4½ months!!!
If you are sure you aren't going back to her, I reckon you can date whenever you like! But if you are only doing it to make her jealous, forget it!
Good luck!

Don't listen to anyone, if she wants a divorce, im out that same day looking for a chick, none of that b.s. "until it's final crap" women always play that game like their sitting home so innocent, yeah right.
Dude life's short, have fun, don't ask too many people opinions, just have fun, who cares about stupid opinions.

She intiated the divorce, and its almost final, I would assume she isn't planning on getting back together with you, so there is no reason for you to wait.

a lot of people dont take that into consideration for the other person thats very good of you to think of her, but honestly my opinion, if she and you are no long together and the divorce is already going through, go for it.

For me: a man is married until he is divorced. Separated is another word for married. No exceptions.

If you are living apart from your soon to be ex wife and the divorce judgement is pending................go ahead and start dating. It's up to you and how you feel.
