Be careful, liposuction is one of the most dangerous types of surgery you can have. They literally get a thing like a hoover and suck the fat out. You might be better off working them, and you'd save money that way too.

Liposuction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

maybe not. some men have an enclaved chest. you need to go in for a screening with your plastic surgeon to make sure you don't have this, also ask him about pec implants. They may help you 'bulk up' in the right areas after lipo.

You need to ask him about expectations based on your body type and also the whole mass of your body.

Yes, but you must excessive in order to prevent them from coming back. If not well then the fatty deposits will go right back to the unwanted area.

If they are purely caused by fatty deposits then yes. If you have a more complex condition (gynecomastia) then it may be tissue whcih would obviously need more invasive surgery. check out www.gynecomastia.org.uk for more info. good luck!
