There are several ways that can help you get to sleep better. I find that if I exercise about two hours before my usual bedtime that I fall to sleep fairly quickly and usually I wake up feeling refreshed and full of energy to start the day. Other times if I can't fall asleep then I'll just masturbate. Once I have an orgasm I have no trouble falling asleep. It's a really good release, especially if you've have a stressful day. If neither of those methods work you could always try something like Tylenol simply sleep. I've tried it before and it worked just fine. But before taking any sort of sleep aid you may want to check with your doctor first. Some people swear by warm milk so that could be another method to try out. The sleep cycle in a person's body is regulated by the hormone called melatonin. When the body starts lagging behind on producing this hormone, it causes sleeplessness. To Remedy sleepless just go to Kroger or Wal*Mart or someplace like that and pick up some melatonin. It comes in pill form and has NO side affects. It also can be used by almost anyone. It comes it two strengths, 3 milligram and 300 microgram. Get the 3 mg or you'll be taking 10 of the 300 microgram ones to equal 3 mg. It works really well. Just take it at bedtime.

hi there i use something called SLEEP NOW, its really great and help you get a good nights rest without making you drowsy way before going to bed or after you get up. Its all natural ingredients and I dont know too much of the technical side but it just works.
if you go to www.myhealthabc.com you log a few details and then you can go throught to the mall area and its easy to find. the site is mostly about weight loss and stuff but dont worry there is a link to the owners email just click it and tell them you dont need anyone to call you-you just want to buy certain products. I didn't realise when i first went on their and a guy rang me about losing weight, although he was really nice and guided me through the products i had just purchased. Don't go to bed unless you're tired,play some sports before sleeping to tire yourself,read a book and when you feel you're really sleepy then turn off the light and sleep.
Take a hot bath,that will make you ok.
Try to use light light and make it near to you so when you feel sleepy you turn it directly off..
I think this will help,coz i had the same problem,but now i'm pretty much better.

Take a sleep aid pill. They usually work very well. Or take some nyquil if you don't have any sleep aids.. This will knock you out right away. Just make sure you don't take more then you would if you have a cough. Overdosing on syrup isn't the "in" thing anymore. Sleep well! ;)

i also have such problem the easy n besy way to take sleeping pills *alprazolam n lorazepam are best sleep inducer if u do not have sleeping pills then go for the masterbation do it twice or thrice or more so ur body should relax bcz after heavy masterbation u feel tired n then u can go to sleep easily try it

drink a glass of warm milk w/ a bit of sugar and vanilla in it.

listening to the radio helps me fall asleep. I run it down so I can barely hear it. It's kinda like white noise.

watch something really boring on TV
