my friend, who works there, says they spray men's fierce, but now they use the new cologne, Proof. also in bigger stores, they spray the men's side with Proof, and the women's side with Classic (used to be 8).

During the late 1960s, a controversial program sponsored by the US government sprayed paraquat on marijuana fields in South America. Since much of this marijuana was subsequently smoked by Americans, the US government's "Paraquat Pot" program stirred much debate. Perhaps in an attempt to deter people from using marijuana, representatives of the program warned that spraying rendered the crop unsafe to smoke. However, independent bodies have studied paraquat in this use. Jenny PronCzuk de Garbino, [4] stated: "no lung or other injury in marijuana users has ever been attributed to Paraquat contamination".

That is why the last time I went to the mall, that store smelt like someone's baby puked, or maybe someone's baby really just puked. Anyway, it smelt like they sprayed on air freshener to disguise the smell.

If this is true, please tell anybody who works there that this practice is not healthy. No one has to be trapped inside a closed environment with fragrance for 8 hrs a day. That is inhumane and maybe even illegal. Check the clean air laws in your state.

all of them do no longer spray one widely used cologne. I been 2 different AF, and both had a unique smell. one in all my pals offered me a blouse from an AF down south and it grow to be a unique cologne. bypass to ur AF shop and ask them, the manager must have some form of theory.

what you are actually smelling is most likely perfumed fumigant. When stores have their clothes made in other countries, they are usually sprayed with chemicals before they come into the US. it is not an alltogether unpleasant smell, which is why i think that is what you are smelling.
