Vista will be officially released on January 30th. All PC manufacturers will do their best to make sure that from that date on they ship their products exclusively with Vista pre-installed for the simple reason that nobody will want to spend money on a PC with an old operating system.
But then again, personally I would prefer to have an XP machine and get Vista only in at least 6 months when most of the bugs will be fixed...

Yes, the day it is released manufacturers plan to have the new computers with Vista. You can buy some computers that are Vista ready, and get a coupon for upgrade. Go to pcworld.com to learn more on this.

Yes because its a new thing, so me have it now or some have a Vista ready machine...But it would be best to wait because usually new things have problems with them...
