This is so embarrassing but I'm going to share it so maybe you won't make the same mistake. When I was 15 I decided it would be a good idea to pierce my bellybutton. I took an apple and a darning needle and rubbing alcohol, and was so careful. I had a surgical steel bellybutton ring and cleaned it with solution every day like they tell you to do, but it got so infected that I missed a week of school with a fever and had a week of antibiotics. I'm not going to describe it but it was disgusting, and I never could have imagined that would happen. Don't do it...even if it turns out, you'll have a scar for the rest of your life. I still do,after 9 years.

I dont think you should do it at home alone. It could cause an infection to your eyebrow. Go to someone that can do it for you proffesionally. I dont think they will cost to much. Its better to have to pay a couple of bucks than to go to a doctor and have to pay 50.

its probably better to get it done professionally, for a number of reasons
1) it will be less painful,as the correct procedure will take place
2) it will be much more hygeinic because salons have to meet certain requirements
3) if something goes wrong, they will be able to offer advice
while it costs more,it is certainly worth getting it done professionally. dont take risks like that, because you could seriously harm yourself

Please don't pierce your eyebrow at home. It can be unsanitary which can cause it to be infected. so if your going to pierce your eyebrow PLEASE splurge and get it down at a normal piercing place. Good Luck
