Our heat is up to 70 right now but the air is coming out freezing. It's set on heat and it's been on for hours. It's 20 degrees outside and we are freezing our buns off.

I would call a repair man but it's 2 in the morning and I'm very cold. I turned off the heat to make the cold air stop but the air is still coming out.

Is this gas or electric?. Electric, go to the fuse box and see that it hasn't kicked the breaker out. Then the reset on the blower motor or the furnace. The same with the gas, the thermocouple may have gone out. You'll have to replace the thermocouple, then reset. See if it'll lite, maybe the draft blew out the pilot if it was windy.

there is often a swap that enables you to have the blower on on condition that the warmth or a/c is working or to have it purely on each and every of the time. it relatively is possibly set to "on each and every of the time"

Well, you know how it should work and its not so the logical answer here is.... call a repair man... not ask people online.
