No. It would be nice. The scenario has been played out in various sci-fi novels, but in reality, no. Titan is just too far away from the sun for any terraforming to be effective. Unless we could find a way to raise it's temperatures and get rid of all that extra methane, we'll never be able to make use of it.

Well I am sure we could get there. It would take more than one country for the science and money though. The thing is I do not think we have the technology to terraform a planet. Maybe in another two or three hundred years.

We haven't even managed to terraform a 1/2 acre bio lab inside a dome successfully. We can't manage our own environment without causing global warming and pollution - and our environment was originally pretty perfect for us. So I would say no, not even if pigs could fly and do hard math at the same time.

Sure. I would not say that is not quantitative. It is possibly realistic that Titan can be terraformed.

Yeah, as noted before, the temperature would be problematic. You're very far away from the Sun at that point. Makes more sense to get started with Mars.

I guess because it has an atmosphere it sounds possible
I don't know if Saturn provides enough heat and the sun would not be to effective out in that part of the neighbourhood
Mars is still the best option....

No, Titan is simply too cold. It has a methane cycle instead of a water cycle...liquid methane is really cold.

well, I'm sure that proper protective gear and facilities would be designed to keep people safe. But not in our lifetime unfortunatly (unless they develope a pill that lets you live longer)
